Softshell clothing for children should not be missing in any child's wardrobe. We highly recommend it to everyone . Our 4 kids don't wear anything else on cold days. We only give them winter jackets for sub-zero temperatures, they wear softshell pants for walks all year round, and in winter we layer them with leggings, tights or thermal underwear. We only put warmers in the snow.
