Privacy Policy (GDPR) and Use of Cookies

This document explains how we process personal data of customers, website visitors and users of our services. It also describes the use of cookies and tracking technologies (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Heureka, Sklik) in accordance with GDPR and ePrivacy.

We process personal data that you provide to us or that arise from using our website:

address, e-mail, phone number
billing and shipping details
order and payment information

We do not process any special (sensitive) categories of personal data.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

3.1 Performance of a Contract

Processing your order, delivering goods, issuing invoices and managing customer accounts.

3.2 Legal Obligations

Accounting and tax obligations and mandatory archiving (usually 10 years).

3.3 Legitimate Interests

Protection of legal claims – storing communication and documents for 4 years.
Direct marketing to existing customers – newsletters about similar products.

Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

3.4 Consent

Used for marketing communication to users who are not our customers and voluntarily subscribe to newsletters. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Google Analytics 4 anonymously measures user behaviour and helps us improve the website.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram),
Sklik (Seznam.cz),
Heureka – conversion tracking and “Verified by Customers” programme.
