Terms & Conditions – Purchase and Claims Policy
Welcome to our online shop www.jozanek.com. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Operator: Jana Gebauerová Havelková, Company ID: 76130037, VAT ID: CZ8351152909. Registered address: Osada Dukla 250, 415 01 Újezdeček, Czech Republic. Operating address: Komenského 498/2, 417 31 Novosedlice (not a physical store – personal pickup only by prior agreement and prepayment).
1. Ordering Process
You can browse products by categories or use the search bar. After selecting the desired variant, click “Add to Cart”. Complete your order by filling in the required details and checking the box “I agree with the Terms & Conditions”. By submitting the order, a binding purchase contract is formed in accordance with the applicable civil law. After submission, you will receive an order summary via email.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of submission by emailing jozanek@jozanek.cz with the subject “ORDER CANCELLATION”. Later cancellation is only possible if mutually agreed and the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation by the Seller
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available, discontinued, listed with an incorrect price, or if advance payment has not been received. If the order was already paid and the seller cancels it, the full amount will be refunded promptly.
3. Payment Terms
All prices listed on the website are final. You may choose from several payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, COD where applicable). For bank transfer payments, please complete the payment within 3 days. If unpaid after 5 days, the order may be cancelled unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All products listed on the website are in stock. Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after payment or order confirmation. In case of delays, we will contact you on the following business day.
The delivery method and shipping cost are selected during checkout.
If your order requires multiple packages, shipping costs may be adjusted. Free shipping applies only to one package.
Please check the parcel upon delivery. If visibly damaged, file a damage report with the carrier and do not accept the parcel.
5. Uncollected Parcels
An uncollected parcel is not a cancelled order
By placing the order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you fail to collect a parcel that was properly shipped, this constitutes a breach of your obligation to accept the goods. The seller is entitled to reimbursement of costs: shipping fees, packaging, and a processing fee of 100 CZK. These costs will be invoiced by email.
(Unpaid invoices will be handled as legally enforceable claims.)
Unpaid Invoice & Debt Collection
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we will send a reminder (administrative fee 100 CZK). Further delays may result in referral to a collection agency, which may increase the total debt significantly.
6. Returns
You may return goods within 14 days to: JOŽÁNEK – Jana Gebauerová Havelková, Komenského 498/2, 417 31 Novosedlice, Czech Republic. Return shipping is paid by the customer. You may use Zásilkovna/Packeta return code 91745708 (the fee will be deducted from the refund). Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and without odours. Include proof of purchase or the invoice number and bank account details. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
7. Warranty & Claims
The warranty period is 24 months. Send claims with a description of the defect to: JOŽÁNEK – Jana Gebauerová Havelková, Komenského 498/2, 417 31 Novosedlice, Czech Republic. Approved claims will be solved by repair, replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect use, or damage caused by improper care. After 6 months, the burden of proof lies with the customer.
8. Personal Data Protection
We process your personal data solely to fulfil your order, deliver goods, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations under the GDPR. Data is stored only as long as necessary, but no longer than 10 years. Personal data is shared with third parties only when necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., carriers).
For marketing purposes, we use your data only within the scope permitted by law. As our customers, you may receive information about new or related products (newsletter) based on our legitimate interest. These messages are sent only to a reasonable extent and always with an easy unsubscribe option. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the end of each email.

9. Heureka – Verified by Customers
Customer satisfaction is monitored through the Heureka – Verified by Customers program. Emails are sent based on legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the ODR platform to resolve disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before initiating ADR, we recommend contacting us to resolve the issue directly.
