S/M: for sizes 36-42, your breast should be 80-100cm ( without the insert- when you take on the insert, with your baby or pregnant belly, you can have more 30cm in the middle part )
M/L: for sizes 40-44/46, your breast should be 90-110cm ( without the insert- when you take on the insert, with your baby or pregnant belly, you can have more 30cm in the middle part )
L/XL: for sizes 44-50, your breast should be 100-120cm ( without the insert- when you take on the insert, with your baby or pregnant belly, you can have more 30cm in the middle part )
