Exchange or return is only possible for unused goods, i.e. unworn and unwashed!!!
You can try on the goods you want to exchange or return, but do not wear them for longer than necessary to try them on, and under no circumstances should these goods be washed. Unfortunately, the option of exchange or return cannot be used for washed or dirty goods.
Claims can be made for worn or washed goods that have a manufacturing or functional defect that is not due to improper use, care, mechanical damage or normal wear and tear of the product.

The buyer is obliged to visually inspect the packaging of the shipment upon receipt.In case of visible damage, it is necessary to write a damage report to the carrier (to the driver or at the place of delivery) and not to accept the shipment!In the event that the buyer accepts a visibly damaged shipment without keeping a damage report and checking the contents of the shipment before acceptance, he can no longer claim the damage retroactively.
